<Tightening order>
(1) First stage : Coat engine oil over bolts
(2) Second stage : Temporary screw the bolt about 1 ~ 2 threads
(3) Third stage : With torque wrench, tighten at about 10 kg

(4) Fourth stage : With torque wrench, tighten up to about 15 kg
.
m
(5) Fifth stage : Finally, tighten in the specified torque 18kg
.
m with torque wrench .
•
Move the bearing cap with hand, and
release and reassemble it if no move-
ment is detected.
6.3.16. Relief valve
•
Assemble the relief valve.
6.3.17. Oil pump and oil pipe
•
Install a dowel pin in the No.7 bearing
cap, then assemble the oil pump with
specified torque.
•
Assemble the oil suction pipe with the
delivery pipe, then install the bracket
on the bearing cap.
